2020 Women on Boards builds partnerships with corporations, the business community, and nonprofit organizations to exponentially expand influence and public awareness. We encourage and support women in finding board seats.

National Conversation
on Board Diversity

Each year our latest research results are revealed on the same November day at events staged in key cities nationwide and globally, where qualified and aspiring women at mid-to-senior career levels come to learn and meet influential leaders and corporate directors who share their advice in person.

“Get On Board:” Workshops

Highly focused and customized one-day seminars held in key cities throughout the year for  small groups of 20-25 board-qualified women who learn how to describe their value-added experience and navigate their contacts to find a corporate board seat.

2020 Women on Boards accelerates progress by proactively advocating with corporations, government and the general public about the benefits of having women directors on boards. We do not contribute funds nor lobby, but we support legislative efforts in various states to advance gender diversity on boards.
